We require a credit card any time you make a reservation for a spa service.
If it is your first time to the spa, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled appointment time. It is important to us to respect everyone's time and honor these timeframes.
Please inform us of any medical condition (pregnancy, recent surgery, etc.) when booking.
Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your spa therapist. For this reason, we respectfully ask that you give a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations/reschedules.
-If less than 24 hours a 50% charge of services will be billed.
-If less than 1 hour a 100% charge of services will be billed.
We reserve the right to refuse any appointment.
For spa parties of 3 guests or more we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking to reserve your spot.
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to the price of all services.
