Stacey is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue massage, sports therapy & trigger point pain management. Her deep tissue massage can include stretching & movement for a deeper release of muscle. She works with the Atlanta Falcons as well as Dynamic Sports Recovery with NFL, NBA & Collegiate Athletes. Swedish, Fascia Blast & Hot Stone Massages are also in her massage portfolio.

She offers customizable packages for her post-surgery clients that include MLD-Vodder technique, Compression Garment Evaluation, Recovery Care Plan/Client Progress Reports, Lipo Cavitation & Radio Frequency Skin Tightening & Infrared Sauna Blanket Treatments. With her education & passion to help others, she helps to reduce pain, swelling & guides her clients thru their entire recovery process.
Her background includes Massage Therapy with Advanced Training in Post-Surgery MLD Treatments, Lymphedema & Fibrosis Prevention from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. She spent 20+ years in aesthetic skincare/body contouring, attended the Georgia School of Massage & also attended The Ohio State University where she holds a degree in Business Marketing.

Detox Body Wrap
How would you like to relax, take a nap, detox your entire body & burn 600 calories? Then you need to come try our new Detox Body Wrap & FAR Infrared Sauna blanket treatment! We start by applying a Brazilian detox clay to target areas on your core, arms & thighs. This special blend of Bentonite & Kaolin clay, Caffeine & L Carnitine creates an electric charge that attracts & absorbs toxins, impurities & heavy metals. It also works to diminish the signs of scars, cellulite & stretch marks. We then place you in our FAR infrared sauna blanket, which resembles a sleeping bag but heats up to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
FAR Infrared (FIR) is the longest infrared wavelength & reaches deepest into the body, where toxins are stored. The key is to raise your core body temperature by 3 degrees in 30 minutes. The higher the core temperature is raised, the larger the decrease in body fat. The first 20 minutes you'll feel as if you were wrapped in a warm blanket, feel very relaxed & perhaps even sleepy. Because of how infrared penetrates the body, at around 20 minutes you'll notice you go from completely dry to dripping sweat. Right afterwards you feel as if you just finished an intense workout followed by a feeling of being reinvigorated & refreshed. Be sure to drink at least 8 to 16 oz of water prior to your treatment to insure proper hydration. The bonus of this treatment is that you will have also burned 600 calories without even working out!
